“I know that You can do all things and that no plan of Yours can be thwarted” (Job 42:2). Friends, God often uses prayer to do those “all things.” Thank you to all who prayed!
Benjamin Netanyahu has won the election, seemingly miraculously! He is now tasked with building a coalition of parties that will enable him to formally assume the office of prime minister. Here are 5 concise prayers to pray to final victory:
1. Continue to pray and proclaim God’s Word that no plan of His will be thwarted and that His prime minister of choice will govern. We believe that to be Mr. Netanyahu.
2. Divine favor, wisdom and grace for Netanyahu to build the coalition he needs to govern. “Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it” (Ps 127:1). In the aftermath of a bitter and divisive election campaign, pray for reconciliation and supernatural unity among the parties in the spirit of Psalm 133.
3. Protection from enemies: “Keep [Netanyahu] from the snares they have laid for [him], and from the traps of the workers of iniquity. Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while [he] escapes safely” (Ps. 141:9-10). Pray for Netanyahu’s physical, political and spiritual protection.
4. Pray that Netanyahu’s heart will lean ever more humbly and steadfastly on the Lord through this shaking election.
